3 lessons 2023 taught me about integrity

Treasured insight on finding alignment that I'll carry with me into the New Year

As the days dwindle down on 2023, I’ve been in an especially reflective mood. I gathered all this year’s milestones and grouped them by month to share with my counselor. Then, I literally mapped out the the terrain I navigated this fall, a practice I’ve been playing with as a way to track the themes I encounter in my Inner Space from season to season.

And in settling into these retrospectives, I can’t help but notice that this has been a pivotal year in my self development journey.
