In conversation, I’m someone who’s often labeled as being “too sensitive.” A heartless word, a biting tone, a disappointed look tend to send me into tears.

Usually, I think that people use this phrase as a way to justify their unreasonable harshness without having to take accountability for the impact they have on someone else. But recently, I’ve been wondering if there might actually be some truth to this claim…
