Last Monday and Tuesday, two of my colleagues and I co-hosted infant safe sleep workshops as we soft-launched our new business venture into the world.

It took months of planning, adjusting, iterating.

We are new to collaborating in this way, and it took months of planning, adjusting and reiterating to bring these offerings to our community in the midst of all the other responsibilities we carry.

It took trust.

And it’s been a while since I’ve practiced relying on others to accomplish a shared goal…
